Shipping & Delivery Policy

Some of our products are made or prepared specifically for each order. Please allow time for order processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery time:  is usually 4–8 business days. In rare cases, due to courier delays, high demand, holidays, or customs processing, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Meccha Chameleon is not responsible for packages that the shipping carrier confirms were successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If you cannot locate a delivered package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery carrier. You may also contact us, and we will provide any available tracking and delivery information to help with the investigation.

Delays

Occasional delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
