Shipping & Delivery Policy

All our products are custom-made to order. This means we don't have a warehouse full of items, but instead, we craft your item especially for you once you place your order.

1. Production Time:
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and printed. During peak holiday seasons (November-December), production may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Times (USA Domestic):
Once your order is ready and shipped, transit times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Total time from order to delivery is typically 7-12 business days.

3. Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.

4. Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages:
Meccha Chameleon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
